Welcome to YeeFoods. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the YeeFoods website and your purchase of products from us.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. About YeeFoods

YeeFoods is a food brand operated by:

YeeFoods sells packaged condiment products, including mushroom sauces, black truffle sauces, porcini mushroom sauces, morel mushroom sauces, chili sauces, and related specialty condiments.

Unless otherwise stated, Shaanxi Yijiangxin Food Processing Co., Ltd. is the seller responsible for orders placed through this website.

2. Eligibility

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement;

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, ingredients, allergen information, nutrition information, sizes, prices, and availability.

However:

  • Product colors may vary slightly because of photography, lighting, or screen settings;

  • Packaging may be updated from time to time;

  • Serving suggestions, tableware, and decorative ingredients shown in photographs may not be included;

  • Natural agricultural ingredients may cause normal differences in color, texture, mushroom size, oil separation, aroma, or perceived spice level.

We will not knowingly replace an ordered product with a materially different product without your consent.

Always review the physical product label before consuming a product. The label attached to the product you receive contains the ingredient, allergen, storage, and consumption information applicable to that product batch.

4. Allergens and Food Safety

YeeFoods products may contain allergens or may be manufactured in facilities that handle allergenic ingredients.

The ingredients and major allergens applicable to each product will be identified on the product page and physical product label as required by applicable law.

Customers with food allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions should carefully review the physical product label before consumption.

Do not consume a product if:

  • The container is leaking, swollen, cracked, or seriously damaged;

  • The safety seal is missing or broken before first use;

  • The product has an unusual odor or appearance;

  • The product appears spoiled; or

  • The ingredient or allergen information is unclear.

Contact us before consumption if you have concerns about a product’s condition, ingredients, or allergen information.

5. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase products from us.

An automated order confirmation means that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

We may decline or cancel an order because of:

  • Product unavailability;

  • Incorrect pricing or product information;

  • Payment failure;

  • An incomplete or invalid shipping address;

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Because YeeFoods sells food products, opened products are generally not eligible for return due to food safety and hygiene considerations, except where required by applicable law.

  • The wrong product was delivered;

  • An item is missing;

  • A product was expired when delivered;

  • The order was materially different from its description; or

We may request the order number, photographs, shipping label, batch number, or other reasonable information needed to review the request.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

The YeeFoods name, logos, product photographs, product descriptions, recipes, graphics, packaging artwork, videos, and website content are owned by or licensed to YeeFoods.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially use our content or branding without prior written permission.

11. Acceptable Use

You may not use the website:

  • For unlawful or fraudulent purposes;

  • To provide false payment, identity, or delivery information;
