At YeeFoods, we're committed to delivering the authentic flavors of China's Qinba Mountains safely and efficiently. Every jar is carefully packed at our production facility to ensure it arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship primarily within the United States.

Please note that we may be unable to deliver to certain destinations, including:

  • Remote or hard-to-reach locations
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • Areas with carrier restrictions
  • Regions where food import regulations prohibit delivery

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after our daily cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Every order goes through:

  • Food safety inspection
  • Secure packaging
  • Shipment preparation

During holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Original shipping charges may not be refundable.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:

Lost or Stolen Packages

YeeFoods is not responsible for packages marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you experience a delivery issue, please:

  • Reach out to our customer support team, and we'll do our best to assist you

Food Quality Commitment

To preserve freshness and product quality:

  • Every jar is sealed and inspected before shipment.
  • Products are packaged in food-safe protective materials to minimize damage during transit.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product.
