At YeeFoods, we are committed to delivering authentic flavors from China's Qinba Mountains with the highest quality standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help under the policy below.
30-Day Return Policy
We accept return requests within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
- The product must not be expired or damaged due to customer handling
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
Please note:
- Products that have been opened or partially consumed cannot be returned due to food safety regulations.
- This policy only applies to purchases made directly through YeeFoods.com.
- If you purchased from Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, or another retailer, please contact that seller directly.
How to Request a Return
To start a return or report an issue, please contact us at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- The product(s) involved
- The reason for your request
- Photos (required for damaged, leaking, incorrect, or defective products)
Our customer support team will review your request and provide return instructions if applicable.
Please do not send products back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:
- Damaged during shipping
- Leaking
- Defective
- Incorrect
- Missing items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of:
- The product
- The packaging
- The shipping label
Once verified, we will provide one of the following at no additional cost:
- A replacement product
- A full refund
- Store credit (when appropriate)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- We shipped the wrong item
- The product arrived damaged
- The product is defective
For approved customer-responsibility returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as YeeFoods is not responsible for packages lost during return transit.
Refund Processing
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3–7 business days for processing after approval.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required.
Non-Returnable Items
For food safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or partially consumed food products
- Products with broken safety seals
- Products damaged due to improper storage or misuse
- Clearance or final-sale items (if marked as non-returnable)
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is:
- Refused by the recipient, or
- Returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer,
The original shipping costs and any return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund.

Every jar of YeeFoods sauce is produced under strict quality control procedures in our standardized production facility.
We carefully source mushrooms from our cultivation bases in the Qinling region and follow rigorous food safety practices throughout production, packaging, and export.
Because food safety is our highest priority, opened food products cannot be returned.
